Elections in India

It is quite fascinating to see our elections results come just in one day.Gone are the days when we got holidays from school and watch movies in DD in election periods . Now after this EVM (Electronic Voting Machine) came into picture, everything changed. No need for broadcasting movies for DD, as all the news channels are continuously putting up all kinds of statistics on the screen.Even an illiterate will come out with flying colors,after listening to these news of elections, if someone took test on it .

My wonder is ,if election result is so fast in such a vast country , then why can't we expect results of governments and bureaucrats fast as well.I hope, someday ,all the government and associated bodies of the system will took note of cumbersome processes and help their citizens by providing easy procedures.

I personally quite satisfied with the change of Passport application system,adhar card application, electricity bill payment ,gas booking system.

I believe faster results will come from future governments as generation shift is fast moving.
